"I be un-guilty of smokin' da weed!"
After showing up an HOUR LATE TO COURT, (c)rapper DMX pleaded not guilty to all of the 11 charges against him, including seven animal-cruelty charges, possession of narcotics, and possession of illegal weapons.
Witnesses said he was not only late to court, but he showed the court hardcore disrespect by wearing a baggy white T-shirt and "dingy" jeans.
The charges stem from a May 9th raid on his home by Phoenix police. The raid came seven months after the sheriff's office launched an investigation into allegations that the rapper was "neglecting 12 bitbulls on his property," some of whom were reportedly dehydrated and apparently underfed. The bodies of three dogs were found buried in the backyard.
And remember he still has to face charges of driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment and three counts of criminal speed in an incident that occurred on January 21, when traffic cameras caught him driving his bright yellow Chevy Nova II at over 100 mph.
Oh, get this! He's currently working on a "gospel" album! Pathetic.

(C)rapper DMX (a.k.a. Earl Simmons) was busted yesterday on charges of animal cruelty and drug possession after an early-morning raid on his Phoenix home yesterday. This raid was a follow-up to the one back in August when the police found weapons, drugs, dog carcasses and abused pit bulls.
This is Simmons' second meeting with the cops this week. On Tuesday he was pulled over for going 114 mph on a suburban Phoenix freeway.
Maybe this talentless moron is friends with Michael Vick?...M
