Andy Dick is living up to his zany reputation yet again. Dick was busted last week after witnesses told cops he walked up to a 17-year-old girl outside a chicken wings joint in Murrieta, Calif., "grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts." Officers who arrested Dick, 42, at a nearby Sam's Club say he was "extremely intoxicated" and in possession of marijuana and Xanax. He was released after he posted a salty $5,000 for bail. Last year, he was forcibly removed from "Jimmy Kimmel Live" after repeatedly touching Ivanka Trump.

This past week Dick has signed up for the 'Celebrity Rehab' spinoff show called 'Sober Living' in a bid to beat alcoholism.
